The Monitor will register your LH surges and you can assume you ovulated but sometimes you get a surge and don't release the egg. If you are lucky your body may try again in the same cycle to release another egg. That may be what happened in this cycle. The monitor takes some time to get used to you, also from what I've heard. I'm getting one in January if I'm not preggers by then.

O'ing on cd 11 sounds about right, especially if you had a thermal shift in your temp then also. The dip on cd22 could very well be an implantation dip and you may not have enough HCG in your system for the HPT's to pick it up. You should make an appointment with your doctor for a Beta Blood Test, that should be quite accurate. Good luck!

They only detect hormones responsible for releasing the egg. The LH surge.

You can skip your period, or be late for any reason, it doesnt always mean your pregnant or that something is wrong.

I'd say put down the monitor and just have sex whenever you feel the urge. Its easier than trying to be scientific about it. And less stressful. Concieving and stress will never mix.
