I feel for you. Anxiety is a terrible thing. All I can do is tell you is what I've learned. I've found certain things to do that force my mind to slow down. For instance, I like to read, play pool, and work out or ride my motorcycle. These activities force me to focus on other things besides what's causing me to be anxious. Sometimes we just need to stop and chill or stop and redirect our minds. Even if you have to force yourself. You may even need to take some medication if your anxiety becomes chronic.

You sound a bit depressed. And yes it could be because of your hormones, but it shouldnt always be like this. You are a very conciderate person, to want the best for others before your self, but you should allow some breaks from chores without feeling guilty. We all get tired and need a breather to focus. If we were always worried about cleaning and getting things in order, with out ever stopping or slowing down, we would go crazy. The world is going to have its problems, but you cant help that. Just be who you are, help when you can, and treat yourself to more rest time from life. you will be much happier, :-)

That's a lot of blah, blah, blah. Don't concern yourself with the problems of the world. Make life better where you are. Be kind and pleasant and appreciate what you have.
You may have some problems with obsessive/compulsive behavior. Ask your Dr. about it.

....oh, the good and not so good things about being young....hon, when I was in 8th grade, I remember being the same way....I Do have anxiety....born with it...runs in my family too...
Hon....you need to concentrate on YOU.....and not worry about the world's problems...I did the same thing....you are just a caring person it sounds like and you want to do good things and you cannot stand anything out of order....I am that way too....but I had to learn not to worry about it so much...it was driving me nuts....don't be so hard on yourself either.....have fun with your friends....play on the pc....the world DOES have so many problems and I too, am so saddened by them, but honey....please for your nerve's sake....stop worrying so much....it will go away.....and you being young still is part of it....take care now...hope I helped some.....

Just take a deep breath
I used to get worked up about every little thing too, but I realized that worrying would get me nowhere. Just relax. That will help you get your life in perspective.

sounds like you have OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder). you should go to your doctor and get diagnosed. from the description, i really believe that you have it, so i'd get some medical advice.
