Of those three, definitely Dirty Harry. Such a bastard. But I love him as The Stranger in High Plains Drifter. Now entering... Hell.

In iconoclast terms they are all the same character. But I enjoyed his portrayal as Gunny Highway in "Heartbreak Ridge".

If you mean what role did I prefer him in, it is no contest. Gunny Highway fit this ex-military man like a glove.
