This is just a "plug and chug".

For instance

A(0) = 1[1 + (.10/1)]^(1*0) = 1, so (0, 1)
A(1) = 1[1 + (.10/1)]^(1*1) = 1[1 + .10]^1 = 1.1, so (1, 1.1)

etc
