My advise is to be patient. And yes stress plays a big roll in becoming pregnant. When you want the best results have a pillow underneath you and when the seed is planted just lie there for a while. Not sure about the cervix thing. But I never had a prob with getting preg..it was to avoid getting that way. I was like a rabbit ..once i got that way 2 times I didnt want anymore. Good luck sweetie. Just give it time.

First you can get pregnant anytime, some women it can take up three monthsto a year to get all the horomones out of the system and some get pregnant right after coming off. It depends on your body and how long ou where on birth control.

Yes stress can make it harder to concieve. Stress can interfere with the male making sperm and the woman making cervical mucus. Always make it a relaxing experience when you are being intimate, not we are making a baby sex, but enjoying being together sex. Make babies the last thing on your mind.

I don't know about any position but I do know that after your partner ejaculate in you put a pillow under your bum and sit and relax for half an hour, this will help the "little guys" on their journey.

I have personally never felt the ejaculation going into my cervix, so I do not know about that one.

First off, start taking your prenatal vitamins if you haven't already. These are vital in the first stages(and throughout) to help prevent serious birth defects like spina bifida.

That said, relax and look up your most fertile days to conceive. There is usually only a four or five day window.

Go there and type in your last monthly period, and your cycle length and that will give you a typical timeline.

You should relax when trying to conceive. After ejaculation, prop a pillow up under your bum for an hour or so. Help the swimmers out as much as possible.
Also, if possible, orgasm after he ejaculates, during a woman's orgasm her cervix dips down like a mouth sucking the sperm up inside the uterus. Keep the sperm inside you as long as you can.
Good luck with this!

Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.
