ok so on my tv i just have regular cable not IO or anything. and so on channel 78 the channel switches between ShopNBC and this other weird channel.
is there any way to know when its gonna change from one to the other???
and dont tell me to go to the tvguide channel cause all it says is that it's local programming.

I understand what you're saying. I think it's ShopNBC from 6am to 10 or 11pm and then it switches to the other stations. On our cable it depends on which night it is, as to what it switches too. Hope this helps.

It sounds like your local cable company has split the channel between two networks. Call them and they can probably tell you when you'll see ShopNBC and when the other channel will be on.

THINK I'D CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CABLE CO. AND ASK THEM ABOUT THIS. DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT TO ME. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF IT FOR YOU.
