Heck no.It just gives you a random answer but kids usually don't care and just keep asking thousands of questions.I know it don't work cause i asked it the same question a bunch of times and got a different answer each time.

If you wish to belive they do then yes but i think not because its just a triangle shaper you shake around till one end tells you a dumb thing.

It depends on what you want them to do. If you want them to display a yes/no answer for questions of minimal consequence, then yes, they do. If you're planning your life around their answers, then probably not.
