i do not truly do "satisfied"- I do depressed and manic on a continuum. when I sing that is often wrapped in compulsion, so there are bits of songs that stick in my head and rewind again and again and over. one which I do style of style is Spongebob chanting, "Steppin on the sea coast doot doot doot DOO!"
