There are no signs like pierced ears or rings on your middle fingers. They're myths that no real gay people believe. With women, you've got it easy. For gay men, you've got one of two choices:
1) Hang out where gay men congregate, like a gay bar or school GSA.
2) Be out, so that your friends and aquaintances know you swing both ways. Someone will approach you.
Since many bisexual men don't really want to be out, I'd suggest #1. If you just want sex, a gay bar is your best bet. Just dont expect to find the love of your life there.

I suggest flirting. There is nothing more alluring than someone with self-confidence.
Other physical signals could include: rainbow sticker or HRC equality sticker on car, rainbow jewelry.
