A cotton ball and nail polish remover. Works fantastic especially on patent leather.

I've heard that Mr Clean Magic Eraser is a miracle for cleaning white shoes :) I don't own white shoes so I can't speak from experience.

If they're canvas, I'd toss them into the laundry, along with my other whites.

If they're leather, I'd use white shoe polish.

Depends on the material they're made of. Are they canvas, leather, patent leather, vinyl? Need more info before I can help.
