Look on the heater for the manufacturers name, they will have the correct spares, or try Tansun, they make heaters.
I've never seen the cap you describe, only R7S, leads, and tags! Why not change the lampholder to R7S, then you can get lamps easily??

Call a plumber and ask where you can buy elements for your type of heater.It wont cost you if your doing it your self. The plumbers get their parts wholesale and know most places that would sell that. Other than that try sears home improvement
