Do u think it is possible to still have children? I had a miscarriage 3 months ago (at 6 weeks, no heartbeat) , and a chemical pregnancy 2 weeks ago (very faint positive, very low HCG, got my period a few days later). My husband and I are healthy. Anyone fell pregnant and gave birth to healthy babies after these two incidents? I am 28 and my husband is 31. My doctor said next tiem I am pregnant he shall give me progestrone to strengthen the placenta.

You can get pregnant so that is not your problem, the issue is maintaining your pregnancy. I think since you know that you have had a problem in the past, you will seek the correct medical guidance that you need during your next pregnancy.

Your doctor seems to think you can carry a child full term since you say both you and your husband are healthy. After the age of 35 it gets harder for women, and even after that women still have children and you have lots of time before you get to that point anyway.
Many women have miscarriages without even knowing about it.
Just make sure you are getting the correct amount of vitamins (and folic acid) and as soon as you know you are pregnant get your doctor very involved in the process. Since, he already knows your history, you probably will have a better chance in the future.

Good luck to you.

My sister in law had a chemical pregnancy. Her Dr. said she would still be able to have children, a chemical pregnancy is kinds just a fluke, and unlikley to happen more than once. They decided not to have more, but I have heard it is very possible. Maybe just give your body a break for a few months, allow your body, and emotions to heal before trying again, and work closley with your Dr.
