I would like to get hold of some with a distinctly Aussie flavour. :-)
Cheers!

Back in 1997 and 1998 Warner Music Australia released a couple of Xmas albums by country singers Colin Buchanan and Greg Champion. They were called Bucko & Champs, and the albums were called "Aussie Christmas With Bucko & Champs", and "Aussie Christmas....Vol. 2". They had a very Aussie take on some Christmas classics, including "Deck the Shed With Bits of Wattle", "Robert The Red Nosed Reindeer" and "Six White Boomers" (an old Xmas hit for Rolf Harris). The albums should still be available.

Funny Australian Christmas Songs

There are also some beautiful carols. The Silver Stars are in the Sky is beautiful but the lyrics aren't obviously Australian. But the lyrics of The North Wind (Christmas Day) talks about red dust over the town, grass in the paddock is brown, tree ferns in green gullies...all very Aussie. That's one of the more serious songs on the Bucko and Champs "Aussie Christmas" album. It also has backing tracks for every song.
