6.5 You have a theme, but I think you focused too much on making it rhyme than making it make sense. You said what you feel but gave no direction as to why or how. The lyrics could work... but I suggest adding one or more stanzas, either about summer or why you feel how you do... or get rid of so many descriptive words that all lead to different directions... good luck!

You spelled consequence wrong. The lyrics are fine, maybe not rhyming so much, rhyming too much gives it the feel of a nursery rhyme or kids poem.
Good music is the combination of lyrics and the actual notes, so, listen to your favorite artists, study their techniques, learn from it, and apply it to your song.

i dont know its kinda hard without some music or heraing you voice because it doesnt matter who good the lyrics are if you cant sing or you band can play but anyway i give it an 8
