Tough question!
Like a couple of people before me I would have to go with the Dalai Lama because of his spirituality. Nelson Mandela with his forgiveness and lack of bitterness would be a very close second though.

I'd go with either Kofi Annan, he's a great man.
OR
Bill Gates because unlike a selfish man he has given away a lot of his wealth to the needy. I once heard that when he dies, 50% of his wealth goes to charity. and 50% of his wealth is a lot.
OR
Al Gore because he cares a lot about the earth, and he knows that if we don't act soon, there will be very bad consequences.
