well, to jump higher you need to strengthen your quads ands hamstrings while calves will mkae you run faster. heres how to run faster
1st run enduarnce such as 3 mile runs
2nd do 3 mile runs and while your doing it sprint then jog sprint then jog (called fartliks)
Also do 100, 200 meter sprints
