Does most powerful mean if there is a war, or which country has the most influence on the others? Also, does that mean, for example, the super beautiful have no intelligence whatsoever, or that they are just average.

In what context are you using the term "strong"? (militarily, economically, technologically, etc)????
I'd say the super-intelligent country would be the most powerful.
The super-intelligent country would invent new high tech weapons to fight war, create high tech means to expand their economy, create cloning machine or robots to increase their workforce or country populations, and a super intelligent country would be about to make superior medicines and cosmetic surgical enhancements to make their people beautiful.

consider that these traits are not generally passed down to the next generation in full, after a while the groups would blend.
However intelligent nation would most likely strive to super educate their offspring giving them an edge.
equate one nuke to one strong man. who wins? Who can understand the infrastructure of the world and the econmics? Most likey the smarter ones. Carl

Neither the super intellegent would creat a way to screw it up for everyone like creating a nuclear bomb and using it.
The super beautiful will eventually get old and we know how that ends
The super breeders will die from starvation and disease
The super physically strong will become extinct from steroid use and their inability to reproduce.
