Theres a scene in Who Framed Roger Rabbit where the artists painted in Jessica Rabbits Pubes and you can see up her dress, is this true, god knows ive looked but i cant find it.

It is true indeed, but she ain't got no patch, maybe a warren there though ;)
The Naked Jessica incident happens when Jessica is riding through Toon Town with the Actual Bob Hoskins in an animated taxi. The taxi runs into a lamp post, the two are thrown from the car, Jessica twirls around from the momentum, which just happens to make her dress rise up.
In four frames of this spinning sequence her underwear disappears, and you can see what looks like her pubic area. If we can indeed say cartoon have pubic areas, I guess someone at Disney thinks so. The clearer two of the four frames are in the below link.

while you areon the subject, there is a scene/frame in the Disney cartoon the Rescuers where those-that-be place an actual photo of a nude lady while the mice scream right on by

There was a programme about this on tv how the artists do this a lot in most cartoon films...they usually get cut out though lol

This myth has been told about a lot of cartoon characters. The only one I know that is true is Betty Boob!(I saw a documentary where they froze the frame!)

It is true, it's the scene where the baby smoking a cigar "fingers" her off-set! As far as I know, you can only see it on the laser-disc version. Remember Laser-discs?
