As stated there are numerous parks in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Canada....

Assinboine Park is the biggest of 378 acres and where the zoo is located

Kildonan park has the oldest/largest trees in Manitoba and outdoor theatre

Kings Park/St. Vital Park and many other small ones

A little further out is Birds Hill Provincial Park

There is Riding Mountain National Park

The only famous one close to Winnipeg would be Lower Fort Gary the settlement for the pioneers in the 1800s

Do not believe there are any famous parks in Winnipeg, then I could be wrong, since Winnipeg has a long history there might be a reason why you asked the question
