they are my daughters they were worn through slush, snow etc last year and then she heard that vinegar waould clean them now they are just dirty and stiff not soft like they should be

you can buy suede cleaner and protector at shoe stores.

you know what my daughter had a pair of ugg boots and u know what did the tric was apple cider vineger mixed with water and rub it on it and then run them thru cold water and when there drieng every once in a while just like move them around so they dont get stiff

u send them back to ugg call them or check web out. but its included when u buy them.
