Try a cool cloth on her forehead for the fever. Make she she stays hydrated. Try giving her some water. But mostly keep a close eye on her. You know your baby best and if she is in trouble take her to the ER. Babies can get very sick very quickly.

They say not to use electrolyte solutions on kids under two, but when my son had that problem, that's what the doctor told us to do. You want to make sure she doesn't get dehydrated with the spitting up and diarrhea.
Also, 100.4 really isn't a fever in a 3-month-old. Her temperature is fine, you don't need to "bring it down."
The body heats up as a defense mechanism against viruses and bacteria. You don't want to stop it from doing what it needs to do to help her.

Sips of Pedialyte or similar kids electrolyte product to help her stay hydrated, room temp. damp washcloths on her face, and LOTS of snuggles or whatever else she finds comforting.
My son's had similar things through his first year, and this seems the best route. Hydration is the most important thing, especially with babies. They don't have a lot of extra moisture to start with, so they can get worse very quickly.
IMPORTANT: If she starts showing signs of dehydration (few wet diapers, no tears when she cries, stops drooling, etc.) take her in IMMEDIATELY. Dehydration can cause damage rediculously fast in little ones.

OK, it sounds like your freaking out a bit (as we all do...me so very often) obviously worried about your newborn and it being night time (it is with me) this makes it all 100 times worse. If you haven't been able to get to the doctor then I would give the NHS24 number a call (I have had to use them at night a couple of times and where babies are concerned they are fabulous and have been right with their recommendations), then if they say to just get her checked out then get either the Doctor on call to come out or go to them, they will advise and arrange all this for you. On the other hand if you tell them exactly whats wrong and what your doing they may advise a couple of things till you get to the Doctor tomorrow. YOU are her Mummy and your gut tells you best. Give them a quick call.....they don't know who you are so don't worry about sounding silly. I think they will say you did best to check though as it's a newborn.
Once tonight is over with then speak to your Doctors and ask why they couldn't see a newborn on the day you requested? this is just not on.
I know everything will be fine but just give them a call to put your mind at rest.

Give her some Motrin to bring her fever down and it will relieve any body aches. If she is spitting up and diarrhea then she doesn't need to have formula... it might upset her stomach more. Give her pedialite to keep her hydrated. Cuddle her and sing to her and rock her... whatever seems to relax her. Take Care and Good Luck

Gripe water can help with the spit up and tummy upset and is safe from birth (though I am over paranoid and didn't use it until 3 months) HOWEVER it gives my friends baby diarrhea so I don't know what to tell you. It has never effected my baby that way. However her son has a very easily upset stomach and is chronically irritated due to formula THAT SHE KNOWS MAKES HIM SICK.

All you can do is change her as soon as she messes her diaper. I don't know if you're breast feeding her or not, but give her what she will take. Also, consider giving her water in a bottle...small amounts at a time. She might reject it if she has never had straight water. But give it a try. Have her wear beathable clothing (cotton), and just hold her. I understand your helplessness, but she should be fine within a day or so.

keep checking her temp. and give her tylenol as needed, but definatly take her to the ER with signs of dehydration! It sounds like with a slight fever she could already be starting to get dehydrated. Give her lots of fluids...formula/breastmilk, and pedialyte if you have any. If she gets really lethargic and her fever goes up I would take her to the ER right away. good luck!

Warm heating pad on her stomach will help if you cannot find a medication for someone her age. I work at a pharmacy, and if you ask a pharmacist most of the time they will be able to tell you what will work best and is safe for her age. Hope she feels better!

I think the other answerers have told you right. Just try to cool her and comfort her and if she isnt taking fluids then get medical help straight away.
