I know that Mary-Kate has an eating disoder, but that did not appear until she was older....are there any other traits that would make one survive better than the other?

The type of trait you are talking about would not be developed yet.
As far as their personalities now and if they had any of those in the womb...then I would have to say Mary Kate....saw an article that said when they needed the character on Full House to be smiling or laughing they used Mary Kate...so the outgoing side of her would cause survival, but on the other side of the coin the same nature would cause her to be nurturing....
Also, did I not read that one of them is a vegetarian? Seriously.
