Why do you assume there has to be a "meaning" -- especially when there is no evidence of any kind that any meaning is implied by existence at all, or specifically the timing of your existence?

There's no meaning. It's completely random chance that evolution, biology, and the coupling of our random parents produced us, and that we're here on this planet at the same time. The only possible "meaning" there could be is that it "means" your parents had sex somewhere within 40-50 years or so of my parents having sex. That's it.
