A baking dish stand. It had a criss cross of elephants and four elephants rearing up at the corners to hold the dish. NO joke! It was a wedding gift, if you can imagine! So I just HAD to unload it onto some other poor unsuspecting creature.

For softball you could give an old baseball cap or a torn softball or maybe some old cleats.

For FCA you could give a deflated basketball or any other deflated ball. Or a broken baseball bat.

we have had some very successful gifts: make duct tape clothes... buy a box of chocolates eat most of them and taste the few that are left, then take a picture of yourself eating them. leave the picture and the uneaten chocolates in the box. This was a big hit! One year there was a fight over a very nice candle, I won, about 4 years later we brought back the remains of this candle-that one gets talked about every year!

I have this snowman lotion dispenser that I bought from Avon a long time ago.I took it to a white elephant Jesus bingo at church,my Mother won it, so she lived with me, so I have it back(still in the box)I was told that they could just be re-cycled gifts from your home.
