I am a Software Engineer working with Accenture. I would like to know what specialization would be helpful if I plan to return to the IT industry(no specific technology) after my MBA ? I am not interested in HR and I dont think I can cope with finance.

After you have trained to be a manager why even consider any other role? Are you learning to do HR or finance? Or would your degree be a Masters Degree in Finance or Human Resources? Get with the program. Why did you get the MBA, a degree specifically established for engineers who would be promoted to management, if not to become a manager?
