Sounds like an anxiety disorder.

Take a relaxing bath!

Go on a walk, meditate, breath deeply with eyes closed, sing soothing songs, get plenty of rest the night before, eat noodles and or tuna fish before (at least two hours before).

Aww you're a good friend to want to help him out. I would say try taking several deep breaths and releasing them slowly...Sounds funny, but does work. You might search www.webmd.com for test anxiety, or college resources. Good luck in helping your friend! God Bless.

tell him to calm down and meditate the day he has the exam at home. tell him to drink black tea the day of the test too.
