Yahoo has every thing. News, real estate, fasion, retail store, auto, auction and so on. Does Yahoo and other big companies need to have a licence for each of the business they have or one business licence can do all. We are trying to create the same Yahoo modle in small scale but not sure if we need all of the licenses. Please let me know

More than likely, Yahoo has one license to cover everything, as more than anything else, they provide information and a way to share it.
The real estate they are involved with his a partnership with a national real estate company and Yahoo is predominantly partnering with them for exposure and marketing. The real estate people have the necessary licenses for their venture.
