It's best with cream cheese frosting.
The odd thing is I am not crazy about carrots but I love carrot cake.

I like carrot cake it's very moist but just a little to sweet I believe the sugar is the frosting my mother caters food!

Yummy, must have cream cheese icing and lots of cinnamon. Not good for birthday cakes or guests. Sort of an everyday cake to me.

I love carrot cake. Its so good with all the spices, raisens, pineapple, nuts yummy,sooooooooooooooo gooooooooooood!!!!
