I am a Software Engineer working in Accenture as a Siebel Professional. I am earning $100K per annum. Considering purely in terms of pay package, would MBA be a good option ?

MBA is a good option as soft ware engineers are taken into Deshaw Company with very good pay package.But it would be more fetching if you opt for Specialization in Finance.My cousin is working there and he says MBA with Finance (Speci) is great.

Considering you pay package at present, doing MBA would bring no high rise. It would make you more skilful and professional.
