Lust is having the desire for someone that you can't have or you don't feel good enough to have. If you lust over someone you can't really have a relationship with them until you get out of it. I guess it'd be a one night stand somehow.

Romantic love is with someone you are dating and who you love. You give romantic gestures such as presents etc and make love with a strong sense of emotion that carries onto the physical side of things.

There is not a lot of difference if you are just talking about sex..with sex its the same outcome. Romantic love would be with someone you are in love with and after sex you are still with them. You can still lust after them I guess, but lust is usually used when you are talking about someone you really want who is not yours.

Lust means you ain't hit it yet..Romantic love means your hitting it with kissing of course.....You know, you could worry yourself right out of a good love makin' session with those kind of questions...Do it and analyze if it was self-seeking, selfish or selfless later...then you will have your answer grasshopper......
