Yes. Restrictive Covenants are set in the property deeds when it is first built and stay in the deeds no matter who the owner is.

As long as the annex the land, and are registered on the charges register, but some covenants although are there, the enforceability is definitely questionable due to the length of time which has elapsed, Some covenants may be discharged via the lands tribunal, its an expensive remedy though.
