Contact your bank and tell them that your are disputing the charge to your account. THis will start an investigation as they will contact the company who you purchased from and make them prove you received the goods.
Otherwise, you can contact the company again and let them know you are disputing the charge and this often gets them off there back side and talk to you.
Company's do not like having to pay funds back via the bank taking it.
Did the company ever provide a shipping number/carrier? You may also wish to contact that company to see where the package is.
Keep all contact information such as e-mails for your records.
Good luck getting your money back or the product.

Do you have a phone number? Have you tried to find one? I looked on google and didn't see one.
Here's what you do. You call your bank and submit a claim to refund your money for product not delivered as cause for reimbursement by the bank. The bank has to protect you from fraud, which this is if you do not receive the product charged to your account. The bank is legally charged with protecting your funds. GO to your bank, explain what happened and they have to address this to fix this. You have 60 days from the time of purchase to file this claim for a refund. The bank then goes after the uk company for funds via maybe their banking office? That part I don't know about.

Very difficult problem.
I'd suggest you contact your credit card company or bank to start with.
I notice they don't seem to have any address or phone number. My first impression is it has the hallmarks of a scam, but search engines suggest (note suggest) independent testimonies for them delivering stuff.
Have you requested a phone number so you can ring them, maybe use an old email address and say you need a phone number to discuss their products because you have an allergy.
The website http://skin8.8m.com/ is selling and relabelling their stuff, and they are based in Singapore and their phone number is
Tel: (65) 467 7343. They may be able to help.
Another option is to contact Askme.com for contact details.

Go to the website and find the customer service page. Try to contact them via e-mail, or find a phone number and try it that way. If they still do not respond, contact your credit card company/bank and tell them what happened. You may have to report it as fraud in order to get your money back, but your bank should have your back in things. There are lots of scandelous companies out there, so you just have to protect yourself in things. Good luck.

Sorry but there is little you can do. Law is so fuzzy about online sales they have no real set regulation that can hellp you. If it was a US company you could use some US law to try to get your money back but otherwise you are pretty much stuck with the bill. That is why con artists use the internet so much now.

Depending on how long it takes the item to ship you might want to allow more time. If it is way overdue you should talk to your credit card company about putting the charge in dispute.
Also you can contact www.econsumer.gov, it handles complaints about international, online companies.
Or maybe the FTC can point you in the right direction.
www.ftc.gov
Good Luck!

In MY attitude, it would want to point 3 issues: a million. the guy is comfortable chatting with the lady, and is comfortable such as her presence round (purely acquaintances). I various of acquaintances that are females and that i continually make eye contact when I communicate with them, that's purely casual u kno? 2. the guy needs to satisfy the lady / is fascinated in her (acquaintance). both that, or... the lady is extraordinary-searching or gruesome lol. yet nevertheless, adult men does no longer stare at a woman that lengthy if she's like that. 3. the guy likes the lady.
