There used to be a small airport with sailplanes and I wondered if
both still exist.

Blairstown airport still exhists, but not sure about the sailplanes. I live about an hour east of Blairstown and 15 minutes from NYC.

yeah it is exit 12 off of Rt 80 I live near NYC but use to live in the poconos. There is a kiddy park there but forget the name.Not really anything else on that end.. Go into PA and there is alot of skiing at Shawnee or Fernwood in BUSHKILL. off of 209. Delaware Water Gap has kayaking and hiking.
