There are no cheats except for the Autos, which could get you banned. Try a fansite for strategies,drop locations, quest info, maps, etc. www.tip.it/runescape is pretty good.

There aren't any, the only thing you can run across are a few glitches that cause thing to re-spawn. More like advice than cheats. Sorry gotta earn your level. Gretchy lv 111

Those aren't cheat codes, those are auto's. Good way to get banned. There are no cheat codes, that doesn't mean u can't cheat. There is a difference. He specifically asked for cheats that are safe.

lol i play it too, im a level 78. if u want auto talker to help sell things faster (trust me up to 10 time faster!!) go to google and type runescape auto clicker, i forgot which one to choose but is like the 2,3,4,5 or 6 (srry) but seriously there arent really any cheats just mainly auto typer, and its the safest.
