I am trying to sign up with the BUY IT NOW feature and pay the verification fee for 5 bucks but it keeps giving me the error message when all of my information is correct why is this happening?

if you dont have a paypal account that could explain the problem.
if thats not an option for you ask the seller if they will accpet another payment method.
i dont recall paypal having a verification fee, if thats what you mean, or is that a fee from seller?

I believe you must either provide a correct credit card or sign up on paypal.

I think that you have to be registered with Paypal to be verified.
