If he's a teenager it all 3 b/c when you're that age you're influenced by your parents and society more than if were an adult.

If he's an adult its his fault b/c he shouldn't be so easily infulenced by society and his parents anymore...he should KNOW the difference between right and wrong. And also be able to keep him temper under control by this time in life.

Difficult one but nevertheless he would know its wrong so I would say that he or she is just an Evil person regardless what up bringing they had. Cant go butchering the human race just because your aul fella was a bastard to you , or that your mother didnt love you or abandoned you. We are like ships and we all steer the ship we sail through life when we are old enough to leave home..And sometimes we sail through stormy seas. But we dont stick an axe in some bodys head when we are having a rough day..

All people are responsible only for their hand in determining their sons' character, if it was improper and made a significant difference. I would say that society could be similarly responsible. And, of course, people are responsible for there own behaviour, even though other factors, such as their childhood, could be mitigating factors. Also, it is only when a person takes responsibility for his or her behaviour that that person can change.

I think it is his fault. Maybe he didn't ask for help or maybe someone didn't take him seriously. But in any case you choose your own decisions in life if you kill people YOU did it no one else did. I had a shitty life growing up and i was abused but i didn't go out and kill people.

All of the above. But replace society with "bad friends" or "media."
*It's his choice, some people come from really bad families and turn out very well.
*His parents are the first people he sees behaving.(This recognizes good AND bad)
*Bad friends can mislead, but that also revolves if he wants to be one of them.
