Need info on how to keep healthy during pregnancy?

I am 22 years old and 4 months pregnant...if you can please help me by informing me on how to keep healthy..tips etc

The best advice I can give you is too seek that advice of your doctor. They know your pregnancy best and tell you what is best for you.
If for some reason that is not possible I would then suggest you go to your local pharmacy, health unit, or library. You can get free information from all of those places, but nothing beats a doctors visit.
