What are these Indian birds in English birds:

If the first one is also called "chatak" (which I saw it seemed to be on one site), it is Pied Crested Cuckoo. Titar seems to be some type of Partridge? Or the Chestnut Sided Sand Grouse (Bhat Titar)? And then I've seen it in combination with "bater":

"While legislators were savouring delicacies during the lunch recess, the anti-poaching squad of the wildlife wing of the state Forest Department raided the Vidhan Bhavan canteen for serving "titar bater" (Indian quail), a prohibited bird species under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972."
