Earlier this year Rupert Murdoch's News Corp (of Fox News fame) bought MySpace for $580 million. Now he is going to try to make a profit on it.

Myspace is not being shut down, and it will not begin charging users to use the website. Tom (the creator of myspace) simply sold his rights in order to make a whole lot of money. It is still called myspace, and nothing significant has changed about it.

Neither. Those are just rumors and Tom (creator of myspace) is continuously telling the users of myspace that they are not true. Maybe he will sell it in the future but for now it is still a fun place for teenagers to communicate.

Neither. It's just a rumor, and Tom has mentioned it multiple times that if he's ever planning on selling Myspace, he'll personally post a public announcement about it.
