The bill of rights is the first 10 ammendments to the constitution garanteeing U.S. citizens to the right to freedom of speech, press religion, etc. the founding fathers wanted the 10 most basic freedoms written down. You can only add to it by having a constitutional ammendment, which means you have to have congress sponsor the ammendment then it must be voted on by a 2/3 majority in all 50 states. Then it becomes part of the constitution. Why what do you want to add?

The bill of rights is being trampled on by the left and right every day. We need to respect what we already have, or any future additions will be worthless.

I'm not sure. But if you say "please" I'm sure they won't turn you down. What do you want to add?
