When I was married, a man approached me at the bar at my friend's bachelorette.
The man "That's a really pretty ring! What size is the stone?"
Me "Thanks. Its a carat and a quarter."
Him "Wow! You must be f***ing dynamite in the sack! I'm Daniel."
It didn't work on me... but I give him points for effort.

I am a married woman and I get hit on daily, no exaggeration here and yes I do like it. I don't know what the heck is everyone talking about. the best way to do it is be polite and say something like "i think you're a very beautiful woman"
Go for it, and remember, we're married but not buried :-)

why the hell would you want to hit on a married woman?
complement her looks, he clothes, her figure.
let her know you find her the most attractive person in the room.
Pretty much what you would do to hit on any girl really. I don't think that married women are any different than the rest of us.
Just don't be surprised if she slaps you or tells you to f*** off or something....

There is know best way. You can't make a woman or any person for that matter do something they don't want to do. If she's into you or not she'll let you know.

1) Ask her if she's happy in her marriage.
2) If she says yes, you're done here.
3) If she says no, ask her if she'd like to meet for lunch
4) If she says no, you're done here.
5) If she says yes, meet her for lunch.........
And realize that if she's willing to do this with a man she once loved enough to marry - most likely her meeting you is behind his back - catch on that she may do it to you someday, too.

be direct and discreet. never in a crowd or within ear shot of other people. I used to "date" only married women once upon a time.
