everything you need to modify in your internet, just go internet properties.
Homepage tab, change it to msn. that's it

Go up to the toolbar and choose "tools". Go down to options, click it, and click on the General Tab and then you can enter any website you want for your homepage on this tab.

Simple,,,,right click on the MSN icon, on your desktop, click on PROPERTIES, near the top, where it says home page address, type www.msn.com, click on APPLY and then on OK, you're all set.
