The Ultimate Fighter. That's actual reality. It shows what the MMA (mixed martial arts) fighters go through to be successful. I have a great respect for what they do.
For entertainment purposes, Flavor of Love was hilarious.

Ultimate Fighter.
The fighters are there to train and win their shots at contracts in the UFC. What they are doing isn't as contrived as most of the situations they put contestants in on regular reality shows.

The Amazing Race, by far. I especially like the episodes where I've been to that place.
I went on and on for days about Hatchiko, the loyal dog from the Shibuya, Tokyo episodes. There's been lots more, but Hatchiko was my favourite.

The first season of Laguna Beach was my favorite. I liked all the drama and Stephen was HOT!!! I really like LC. After the first season I stopped watching because I hated Kristen and it just wasn't the same without LC and Stephen. (Although Jason was gorgeous too even though he was a complete jerk) :)

Top Chef because it deals with food and I love seeing people come up with awsome dishes with limited resources in a small amount of time.
Next one would be Project Runway and for the same reasons as above except it's for clothing.

I'm a Survivor Buff, I know people will say gag, but I really like it alot! I also like Biggest Loser, I guess I don't really have a reason for either I just really enjoy them.

For me it is a toss up between Survivor and The Amazing Race! I love them both so much. Go Bama!!! & Go Yul!!!
