Acids are typically sour to the taste. Some acidic substances safe to taste are: grapefruits, tomatoes, oranges, lemons, vinegar, yogurt................etc.

If you really meant "acrid" - These are substances that have a sharp , bitting taste (or odor). Some are even bitter, irritating.
Foods? Maybe some cheeses, like bleu; perhaps raw cranberries;
whatever.
