Macy's makes petites and smaller clothes, Maurices has cute clothes that are reasonably affordable. Also try Forever 21, JCPenney, and stores like that. If you're brave about shopping, try ordering online. The problem with that is you can never tell how it will fit you or if it's too tight, loose, etc.
