of course it is, you are the customer and customer is always right!Listen you may be one person, but you tell 5 people about the service, and by golly does the word get around.it goes down the chain of annoyance..what about those people you were suppose to feed if it was a meeting..have you ever dealt with people on an empty stomach?so to get your business in order back..they should give you some more free service and gift certificates.take it and don't go back!

You should defiantly call back and complain. The only reason the pizza was free was because they didn't do their job in the first place. You were willing to pay for the pizza had it actually come on time. I would call the corporate office and complain about this. Talk to the manager when you call in again and let him know what is going on and ask him to explain what is happening on their end. It may have not been the fault of the delivery person, so still give them a couple dollars.

GOOD LUCK! :-)

Next time dont order from Papa Johns. plus, they suck. If you want the best pizza go to Pizza Hut. if they would of delivered that late they would give you the pizzas for free and cupons for free food.

Yes, call them and demand that your next 5 pizzas are free. And ask for the phone number to their corporate office. First, ask them to provide you with their store number and the manager on duty and then actually call corporate office and file a complaint.

The pizza will never come. They realized they don't want to have to give you a pizza for free, and the pizza delivery boy went on strike.

Definitely. They offered you the pizza for free in order to keep your business. They need to know they'll lose your business if they don't keep the promise.

Complain to corporate headquarters. It's not free pizza until you have it in your hands at no charge.
