I suggest using P21s Total Auto Wash and claying with a moderate strength clay. First spray the area with P21s Total Auto Wash and let it dwell for a few minutes, 3-4min. Then using a lamb skin mitt agitate area. Rinse and dry. Now clay the area using enough lube and adequate pressure. The clay will lift and remove the tar from the vehicle.

Cellulose thinners, Nitromors paint stripper, Paint brush restorer.
Nitromors is VERY effective if you just want to put it on & leave for a while. Thinners is better if you have the time to rub at the area.

Use brake fluid and spread fine sand over the top - makes for expensive repair bills :)

Nitromors.
I used to have a squeezy can of it on my motorbike to squirt at cars who almost took me out.
It works a treat.

lacquer thinner will take fresh paint off the car. let it soak for only about 10 minutes and rub off. dont use for much longer than that because you will ruin the factory paint.
