I'd tell them, "You forgot something, didnt you?" then nod towards the sink. Done it before and the response is always, "Oh yeah..."

I keep some moisturizing hand sanitizer in my purse in case the bathroom doesn't have the sinks and everything with the motion sensors to where you don't have to touch everything. I think it is nastier to touch those sinks than not washing your hands! But I do use the hand sanitizer if I have to. I also use it on my daughter 'cause she is too short to reach the sinks and I don't have a good back to hold her up to them.

I would offer the person some hand sanitizer.

I would say "Wash your hands" in a half-joking way. It's happened before and they usually do. They've said it to me too. I wouldn't say that to a stranger though.

I would say what I said to my kids when they were little, just as I do my grandson... "wash your hands or you will get the ca ca disease" in a joking tone.

well i would say they have great soap here and you know how important it is to wash your hands due to germs and you just do not know who has been in here.
