I want to know if territories like French Guiana, British Virgin Islands, Greenland, St. Pierre et Miquelon, etc... belong to the European Union.

Excuse me if my english is poor, I'm a user from Spain.

As has been said, all overseas departments (départements d'outre-mer) of France are intergral parts of the French Republic and thus are all parts of the European Union (and all use the euro as their official currencies).
The British Virgin Islands are not part of the EU, nor is any overseas territory of the United Kingdom including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man with the exception of Gibraltar, which is part of the European Union.
Greenland is not part of the European Union. It withdrew in 1985 from the then European Community when it gained home rule from Denmark.

I'm pretty sure French colonies are classified as 'departements' of France, and so are part of the EU. British Virgin Islands: no. Haven't a clue about Greenland, but I suspect no.

Good question by the way.
