Speed = Wave Length x Frequency
(Manipulate that using rules of algebra to create a formula for W.L. and Freq.)

Refraction of light is dependent upon the difference in the speed of light in the two media involved and upon the angle the light is entering (or, if you prefer, exiting).

Angle of incedence = angle of reflection

There are a whole bunch of formuli for the specifics. I don't know 'em - and, probably couldn't use them if they were given to me. Good Luck
